I booked with Pedal Wagon and ended up needing to cancel because our plans changed. They did help me get it handled, so it wasn’t a bad situation, but it also wasn’t the most flexible process I’ve dealt with.

The cancellation rules were clear enough, but they felt a little strict if you don’t have a group totally locked in. I had to read a policy twice and send an email just to make sure I understood everything right.

Overall, it was an okay experience, nothing terrible, just kind of average. I might book again, but only if I knew the date and group were 100% set.

This felt more awkward than helpful. I was expecting something that would bring the team together a bit, but it never really got there for me. Personally, I wouldn’t choose this again as a team-building activity.

I was able to get through the booking in the end, but the process wasn’t very smooth. From my experience, it took too long to figure out where to go and what steps to follow, which made it more frustrating than it needed to be...

I went in expecting this to be a lot more entertaining, but it fell a little flat for me. To be fair, I can see how some people might enjoy the simple, laid-back vibe, especially if they’re with the right group. For me though, it mostly felt like sitting around and pedaling without much else happening. The atmosphere was a bit awkward, and I got bored quickly. I wouldn’t personally choose it again for entertainment, but I don’t think it’s a total miss for everyone.

I booked this for my sister's bachelorette party, it just didn’t go the way I hoped. I’ve done other group party outings before that felt relaxed and fun, but this one felt rushed from the start. The driver seemed like they were trying to hurry us along, the stops felt way too short, and the whole vibe was kind of off. We were really hoping for a fun, memorable night, but most of us left feeling disappointed.

The bike worked fine overall and got me where I needed to go, but it was dirty when I picked it up. The seat had some grime on it, the handles felt sticky, and it didn’t really look like it had been wiped down. I liked the convenience, but that made the ride feel kind of gross and less enjoyable.

I was disappointed with this experience. The guide came across like they didn’t really want to be there, and this is where it got annoying: they barely made an effort to explain things or keep the group engaged. It didn’t feel worth the money.

I just didn’t feel comfortable at all. The safety rules seemed weak, and it felt like the people in charge weren’t taking it seriously. Maybe it’s on the management for letting things feel so careless, but either way, it wasn’t for me

The ride was decent, and we did get to see some parts of the city. I guess I was just expecting it to be a little more scenic, you know? Some parts of the route felt kind of plain to me. Still, it was fun going with friends, and the guide was really nice. Not a bad experience at all, just maybe not quite as much to look at as I thought there would be.

The ride itself wasn’t a big deal, but the driver’s attitude kind of ruined it. He was rude and made us feel like we were bothering him just by being there. Maybe he was having a bad day, I don’t know, but it was awkward and not exactly a great experience.

The whole group just felt cliquey. Loud too. Not really fun. I felt out of place quick and just wanted it to be over.

Nothing terrible happened, it just didn’t feel like a fair value.

We had a decent time on the pedal wagon, but I’d definitely warn people to take a quick look at the bikes before heading out. A couple of the seats felt loose, and one pedal made a weird noise almost the whole ride, which got distracting.
It still got us where we needed to go and the group had fun, but the equipment just felt worn down and not very well maintained. For what we paid, I expected everything to be in better shape, so just go in knowing it might feel a little rough...
